NHS announces new deadline to register Care Fees Claims

The position is now as follows:-

• For cases during the period 1st April 2004 – 31st March 2011 the deadline for individuals or their families and representatives to notify the relevant PCT will be 30th September 2012.
• For cases during the period 1st April 2011 – 31st March 2012 the deadline for individuals or their families and representatives to notify the relevant PCT will be 31st March 2013.

BT have admitted liability for hearing loss caused by using green and un-modified yellow tone sets.

• Have you worked as an engineer for British Telecom?
• Do you work for British Telecom?
• Have you used tone sets or been exposed to loud noise with BT?
