At NewLaw we take your development and progression seriously. We have a sizeable in-house team of training professionals, whose sole objective is to ensure that all our staff are supported to be the best they can be, regardless of their role or position in the business. 

We provide tailored training programmes suited to every stage of development in operational roles, from dealing with MOJ portal cases to taking a matter through the litigation process to trial. We provide plenty of relevant technical sessions to ensure that meeting CPD requirements is not an issue. Soft skills training is provided on topics such as, client care and negotiation skills, to make sure that our staff are fully equipped to do their jobs. There is management and leadership training for those who have chosen to progress their career towards this route, and we support management apprenticeships, the Higher Apprenticeship in Legal Services and CILEX. We will consider any work related application for funding for professional development and provide moral support and practical guidance too. We really do support you.

We are even interested in you before you become a colleague. We run structured work experience programmes for undergraduates and Year 12 students.
