Kelly has specialised in personal injury law since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2004. She has extensive experience having represented the interests of both individuals and corporate clients in personal injury claims arising out of work place, public liability and road traffic accidents.

Kelly joined NewLaw in 2012 as a Solicitor within the serious injuries team where she acted for clients who had sustained serious and often life changing injuries and is now the Head of the Employer’s and Public liability department at NewLaw. She manages a team of paralegals and solicitors dedicated to pursuing claims on behalf of clients who have been injured at work, on holiday or in a public place.

In her limited free time, Kelly relishes spending time with her family and friends.

Welsh speaker Cenric who is a member of the Occupational and Public Liability Department at NewLaw solicitors, is accredited as an Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) Fellow. He is a member of the APIL executive committee (since 2008) and was formerly co-ordinator of APIL Wales and APIL’s Occupational Health Specialist Interest Group (1998-2008).

A highly experienced personal injury expert, he specialises in accidents at work,. Cases range from farming and agriculture to construction and healthcare (primarily for injured nurses), and also in industrial disease. 

Cenric is the Secretary of the National Assembly for Wales’ Cross Party Group on Asbestos; is the spokesperson for the Right to Know Asbestos in Schools Wales Campaign; a member of the Asbestos in Schools Group and is an observer member of the Joint Union Asbestos Committee. 

Cenric has regularly chaired and lectured at APIL asbestos and industrial disease conferences and has lectured on APIL’s annual Accidents at Work Series since 2003. Over the years he has published many articles on varying aspects of personal injury law.

He is currently a member of the Civil Justice Council Working Group on Fixed Fees in Noise Induced Hearing Loss Claims and a member of a Justice Stakeholder Group established by Welsh Government.

He has given many television and radio interviews both in English and Welsh, especially with regards to asbestos issues.

William has specialised in acting for clients who have suffered injury for over 20 years, only ever acting for claimants. He has represented those who have been involved in accidents at work, as well as those who have suffered from industrial disease.

During his career, he has represented many different clients, including Fire Fighters who had often suffered from career threatening injuries.

William joined NewLaw in 2016 to manage the Technical Team within our Occupational and Public Liability Department. He brings with him considerable experience and expertise in fighting for compensation for his injured clients, as well as managing teams of experienced Solicitors and fee earners.

Lowri joined NewLaw Solicitors in September 2012 as a case assistant, working on her own personal injury cases of road traffic accident claims. Prior to this, Lowri completed her Law degree and Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University and worked for the recovery department of a loss adjusting company.

In February 2014, she secured a training contract at NewLaw and during the two year training period, she gained experience with various departments throughout the firm. This included care home fee recoveries, wills, trusts and probate, employment law and serious injuries. 

Lowri qualified as a Solicitor in February 2016, joining the Occupational and Public Liability Department. She deals with a range of occupational illness cases, including noise induced hearing loss, hand arm vibration syndrome, carpel tunnel syndrome, dermatitis and asthma. She assists senior solicitors in the team with complex disease cases.   

Lowri is a fluent Welsh speaker and in her spare time, she enjoys reading, attending Wales football matches and spending time with family and friends.
