Paula is a Partner at NewLaw Scotland and has the day to day responsibility of managing and mentoring the team in Glasgow. Both Paula and Helen Molyneux set up the Scottish branch of NewLaw Scotland Solicitors in 2007.
Paula qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and has devoted most of her career to representing clients with complex needs following their involvement in serious accidents and those who have been injured, as a result of the failings of treating medical staff .
Paula is tenacious in litigation, but equally happy to use the skills acquired through her training, to become an accredited commercial mediator and to secure the best settlement for her clients.
Lesley-Anne qualified as a solicitor in 1996. Her previous roles included, working with the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service. Lesley-Anne gained experience in prosecuting criminal cases and conducting trials and fatal accident inquiries in both the Sheriff and Justice of the Peace courts.
Lesley-Anne joined NewLaw Solicitors Scotland in March 2016 and now works in our medical and clinical negligence department and represents clients who have been failed by the NHS or their primary care provider.
Outside of work Lesley-Anne enjoys socialising, spending time with friends and family and keeps herself fit in the gym.
