Fixed Cost HR & Employment Law Packages

HR & Employment Law Compliance package
This package will provide you with the support that you need to ensure you are compliant with employment law and workplace regulations. The HR & Compliance package includes: 

  • helpline service provided by qualified employment law solicitors and HR professionals offering advice on remaining compliant
  • essential policies and procedures including disciplinary, absence, redundancy 
  • monthly newsletter with helpful updates & insights
  • free monthly download or giveaway, for example, checklists and policies

It will cost you £100 followed by a fixed monthly cost for a set number of hours per month. The number of hours will depend on the level of support your business requires.  

HR & Employment Law Accelerator Package
The accelerator package will provide you with all of the benefits of the compliance package above, plus additional support listed below to guide you through basic HR and Employment Law processes. 

  • 15 point HR health check & recommendations from an experienced HR professional 
  • full suite of advanced policies & procedures and  additional templates (such as letters and HR forms)
  • telephone guidance on managing disciplinary processes, grievances and sickness absence and other processes
  • one senior and one junior level contract of employment template

The HR & Employment Law Accelerator package will cost you £270 followed by  a fixed monthly cost for a set number of hours per month. The number of hours will depend on the level of support your business requires. 

Employment and/or HR Business Partner package
The Employment / HR Business Partner package will provide you with:

  • all the benefits of the Accelerator package above, plus;
  • onsite HR support from a dedicated HR Business Partner or Employment Law Strategic Consultant for one day per month or more depending on your business requirements

We will charge a fixed monthly cost for a set number of hours or days per month depending on the number of hours support your business requires. Prices for this package start at £650 per month.

This package is ideal for businesses that require extra HR professional resources as an extension to their business.
