About Us

NewLaw Solicitors is one of the UK’s most innovative and fastest growing law firms, specialising in all areas of personal injury law from whiplash claims to catastrophic injury cases to Welfare, Wills, Trusts, Court of Protection and Probate.

Established in 2004 with the aim of providing a legal service that gets results for both our individual and commercial clients this approach has seen NewLaw grow from a start-up of 2 to over 500 staff in our Bristol and Cardiff offices.

Our philosophy is to truly put our clients at the heart of everything we do and to focus on delivering the best legal services, and the best care to our clients.

Diversity Pt2

We have an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) Forum called #NLRespect. This is a group of volunteers drawn from across the NewLaw business with a passion for Equality Diverity and Inclusion related matters. Our Equality Ambassadors ensure that the ED&I agenda is at the heart of our culture. Their aim is to ensure that every individual at NewLaw feels they are able to be themselves and bring their 'whole self' to work every day.

Training

Training and professional development is an important part of our culture as we want every member of staff to be the best they can be. Our in-house Learning and Development Team will ensure you have the necessary training to equip you for your role and help you to develop yourself whatever department you are in.

In addition to the traditional Solicitor training contracts on offer to existing employees we give you the chance to undertake work related professional development. We are currently supporting a variety of legal and non-legal professional qualifications such as CILEX and ACCA.

Our aim is to support everyone in the business, providing encouragement and practical support.
