Once we have the full details of your accident, we will advise whether you have a claim and who that claim should be made against. We will then contact the person responsible for the accident and we deal with them from there on.
Assessing your injury
Depending upon the severity of your injury, we may need to have you examined by a doctor or consultant. We will arrange this at a time to suit you and the doctor will provide a report confirming the details of your injury.
What compensation will I get?
You will receive compensation for the pain and suffering that you have experienced as a result of your injury. This will be assessed by your lawyer, who will advise you how much you can expect to receive.
You will also be entitled to claim for any other losses or expenses that you have incurred, such as loss of earnings, extra travel expenses, the cost of medication etc.
You should keep all of your receipts. We will advise you in detail on what you can and cannot claim.
