The year 2007 witnessed the evolution of Home Information Packs as we now know them. There were several people who were understandably disappointed in the removal of Home Condition Reports. The phased introductory process also did very little to improve on the already unstable property market.
At NewLaw, we worked closely with our Clients and committed to passing on as much knowledge as possible via seminars, editorials and mini presentations. We are pleased to have been able to assist in guiding our Clients and Partners through a very precarious and unpredictable process.
In 2008 we intend on improving on our Home Information Pack services by offering the following:- Free Energy Performance Certificates with HIP if we are instructed on the Conveyancing
