Paula is a Partner at NewLaw Scotland and has the day to day responsibility of managing and mentoring the team in Glasgow. Both Paula and Helen Molyneux set up the Scottish branch of NewLaw Scotland Solicitors in 2007.
Paula qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and has devoted most of her career to representing clients with complex needs following their involvement in serious accidents and those who have been injured, as a result of the failings of treating medical staff .
Paula is tenacious in litigation, but equally happy to use the skills acquired through her training, to become an accredited commercial mediator to secure the best settlement for her clients.
Socialising with family and friends, spending time in the garden and outdoor activities in general is what Paula enjoys most. Paula has recently completed the West Highland Way, which is a walk from Milngavie in Glasgow to Fort William in the Highlands and is proud to boast that along with her three fellow walkers holds the record for the longest time to complete the challenge, namely 495 days! Needs to pick up the pace!
