Cardiff-based lawyers NewLaw Solicitors LLP announce a new recruit to head up their motor prosecutions defence team.
Darren Hackley-Green joins from Beachcroft, a leading south west firm. He was originally called to the bar as a barrister in 1999, but transferred to become a solicitor in 2002. He is now a solicitor-advocate in all higher courts.
He specializes in acting in personal injury cases which involve extenuating issues, which in fatality cases involve an inquest, or motor vehicle accidents in which there are criminal proceedings.
His role at NewLaw will be to grow the motor prosecutions defence team to meet the increased demand from the firm’s insurance clients in this area of work.
NewLaw was set up by Helen Molyneux with a team of five people in 2004, but in the last five years the firm has grown to a staff of 210.
