NewLaw's Business Team Completes Acquisition for Lenstec

CAERPHILLY-BASED Lenstec, a supplier of lenses and eyewear to independent opticians across the UK has acquired a competitor in Hertfordshire, Tant Laboratories.

The combined business has a turnover in excess of £10m and will bring its customers greater benefits with its commitment to continue to invest in staff training, the latest production equipment, and new products and services.
