NewLaw achieves Lexcel Accreditation

NewLaw Solicitors have been awarded the prestigious Lexcel quality standard on their first attempt.

Lexcel is the practice management standard developed and accredited by The Law Society.   It is a quality accreditation developed specifically for the Legal Sector, which is only awarded to those firms who meet the highest management and customer care standards. Lexcel accredited practices undergo rigorous independent assessment to ensure they meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care and case management.

The Lexcel standard is a prestigious accolade for the firm and recognizes NewLaw's dedication to delivering a superior legal service to its clients.

Managing Partner, Helen Molyneux, said ‘This is a great achievement and we are all very proud of the fact that we have been awarded our accreditation. It is proof that we do a great job for our clients. The feedback from the assessors was fantastic.  They said that we had an ‘excellent’ management team, impressive, enthusiastic people and great processes.
