Legal Services Board Launch Investigation into Wills, Probate and Estate Administration

Following on from the Legal Services Panel mystery shopper exercise and report on wills (click here), which found evidence of "poor quality wills, sharp sales prices...exorbitant pricing and lost wills - where there companies (that draft them) disappear with out trace".
