Team Leader - Car Litigation Team - Cardiff

Job Description

The Team Leader will be responsible for the management of a team of around 9 fast track personal injury fee earners.

1) Report to the unit manager
2) Support and the training of team members
3) Manage workloads
4) Monthly Professional Developmenr Review’s
5) Ensure that the team objectives and KPI’s are consistently met

Skills Required

We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to motivate other team members to achieve the KPI’s and targets. A candidate with 5 years experience of personal injury claims and experience of supervising and managing a large team would be ideal for this role. Experience of dealing with litigated matters would be an advantage.

Working in a large team you will supervise and coach the team, enabling them to further develop their knowledge and expertise.
