Job Description
|
The New Claim Handlers will be responsible for NewLaw’s initial contact with the client, ascertaining full and complete details of the accident circumstances, injuries suffered and/or any consequential losses.
1. New Claims Handlers will work within NewLaw’s standard service levels and / or those applicable to particular client accounts.
2. New Claims Handlers will be responsible for assessing the Claimant’s prospects of success
3. New Claims Handlers will be responsible for ensuring all injured parties are identified and contacted.
4. Will be responsible for the instructions of agents for the collection of initial paperwork
5. Will deal with all referrals in the best interests of the Claimant at all times.
6. They will manage the referrals to ensure that all
time spent is accurately recorded.
7. Will manage the referrals to ensure that all payments made and received are accurately recorded and procedures relating to payment of disbursements and damages are followed without exception.
8. Ensure the Case Management system is used properly and effectively in accordance with agreed procedures.

• Maths and English to GSCE

Salary Range: £14,000 - £20,000 (dependent upon skills and knowledge of candidate).
