Job Description

A Solicitor or Legal Executive is required to profitably manage EL/PL Claims.

Suitable candidates must be willing to monitor and manager their own compliance with targets in respect of income and file closure rates.


Skills Required

Qualifications and Experience required:

1) Solicitor or Legal Executive with significant experience of personal injury claims in either insurer or solicitor environment.
2) In depth knowledge of EL/PL liability, quantum issues and litigation matters.
3) Willingness to keep up to date with legal developments.
4) Computer and keyboard skills
5) Self motivated
6) Ability to concentrate in an open office environment
7) Ability to work to tight deadlines
8) Good organisational skills
9) Time keeping
10) Effective people skills
11) Ability to work to targets.


Salary range: Appointment will be dependent on the skills and experience of the candidate

Working hours: 37.5 per week
