Since inception, NewLaw has concentrated on developing long term relationships with brokers and insurers looking for a professional, specialist, customer focussed legal service for their personal lines customers.  By working in partnership with our clients, we have developed a number of referral structures which enhance the experience of the customer - thereby improving retention on renewal - and enhance the bottom line of our partners.
